Great site! I love the idea of the screen. I think it would be cool to have a description of the site under the Welcome on the home page. The post-it's are a great element because it makes it look more 3-D. Try changing the typeface for each of them to give them their own identity.
Are all the words going to fit in the list or will they scroll?
Instead of showing the entire source link, you could have it say "click for source" and when this is clicked it would open the source page in a new window.
I really like how it looks like you are sitting at a desk. It goes with what the website's topic.
